As an experienced Senior Technical Writer, I am proficient in designing and writing highly effective customer communication, documentation, and training for hardware and software development projects.
Being a quick-learning technical writer helps me convert complex policies/procedures or tasks/processes into clear documentation and training.
I thoroughly enjoy analyzing applications, products, and processes to discover how they work, documenting what I learn, then teaching others how to use that information so they can do their job better.
I don’t mind a mouth-dropping motorcycle ride through the Hill Country, either.
